Get The Word Out! is seeking Independent Business-to-Business Sales Representatives to market Database Marketing concepts to businesses within the United States. See our clients page (scroll down past current clients) to view ideas for prospective clients.

There are no quotas and we offer free training and support. Requirements are as follows:
Computer, internet connection, color printer, telephone, the ability to contact businesses in a professional manner

Get The Word Out! Independent Representative Agreement

As a representative, you agree you are of legal age in the state of your residency. You agree that you will be an independent contractor responsible for your own business activities and not an agent, employee, or legal representative of Get The Word Out! You agree that as applicable, you are responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other taxes required under any federal, state or regulatory taxing agency and that you have or are applying for any and all necessary licenses.

Each and every representative agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get The Word Out! and its owners, officers, agents, and directors against any claim, demand, liability, loss, cost or expense, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising or alleged to arise in connection with that representative's Get The Word Out! business.

Get The Word Out! may terminate a representative at any time if the representative breaches this Agreement or engages in any conduct that may bring disrepute upon Get The Word Out! or which is in violation of any law or government regulation or ordinance.

Get The Word Out! is not accountable in any way for any ancillary or consequential damages as a result of Get The Word Out!'s server being down for any period of time for any reason. You understand that in the event of server outage Get The Word Out! will do all within it's capabilities to reactivate service in keeping with Get The Word Out!'s goal of one hundred percent uninterrupted service.

You will not make any false or misleading statements about Get The Word Out! or its products or services, or solicit the business through the use of UNSOLICITED bulk e-mailing.

This agreement can be canceled by you at any time with thirty day written notice to Get The Word Out! at its principal place of business.

You understand that your independent representativeship can be inherited or bequeathed, but cannot be transferred or assigned during your lifetime without written consent of the company which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

You agree that entering into this agreement does not violate or breach any other agreement you may have with any other person or entity.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

You understand there are never any quotas to meet to be entitled to earn commissions, and commissions due you will be paid monthly for the previous month.

These policies and procedures as set forth herein, may be amended by the company Get The Word Out! at any time.
