What types of databases can you work with?

We can work with most any database, such as Access, Excel, MySQL, Oracle, JDBC, ODBC and delimited text files. If you do not know which format your database is in, or you do not see it listed, most often, the program that you are using allows for a "delimited text" export option.

Once you receive my database, what do you do with it?
We convert, if necessary, the information into a format that will allow us to be able to work with it. It is uploaded to a privately secure area that can be accessed online. Only you (and those you authorize) will be able to access your data. At the login center, you'll be able to work with your own database, in real time. You can add records, delete, update and even perform complex search queries. The queries are preliminary reports that you can print or request for us to do something with. Whatever information you'd like pulled from your database, and whatever you'd like to do with it, we take care of the rest. We can help you send highly targeted emails or printed materials.

Duplicate records are a problem for me, can you take them out?
YES! Filtering out duplicate records saves you money, time and aggrevation!

What are you going to do with all my customer's information? Is it safe?
We regard your customer information as proprietary. It belongs to you. Your information will never be solicited by, sold to or shared with others.

What's the difference between what you offer and the autoresponder services that are available?
We personally used to use autoresponders, but we ran out of information or the information that we wanted to relay to our contacts changed. We ended up using the autoresponder service as a bulk broadcaster and even then, we weren't able to keep up with who was a contact, a prospect or a customer. Because we had utilized it as more of a newsletter blast, it was very broad. We needed something that would not only make sure they got an email from us regularly, but also help us maintain a relationship with our contacts. In addition, email addresses become outdated. We wanted to manage our email bounces and returns, not eliminate records due to bad email addresses. We worked hard for those contacts - we didn't want to lose them to a bounce!

How does having a contest help me?
The successful contest concept doesn't just get your customers excited about winning a prize or even coming back to enter again. The successful contest concept is a vehicle to establish a relationship with those that are doing business with you, or may potentially do business with you. We offer all the tools necessary to process all your entrants, choose a winner, notify them and maintain all of the other priceless data. You are able to have all the information necessary to make your follow-up a success!

I also have a website with Get The Word Out, and I need my pages updated, do you do that?
We can. Changes are billed at $50.00(US) per hour, with a half-hour minimum. Scripts (cgi, perl, php) can be installed for our clients, billed at $50.00(US) per hour, with a one hour minimum.

I need a graphic or logo, can you do that?
We can do graphics. Please contact us for a quote.
